Rainbow Farms is an all volunteer staffed nonprofit animal welfare organization. Our overall mission is rescue and rehabilitation of animals with special needs, such as physical disabilities or advanced age, which makes it more difficult to place them in a permanent home. Many animals are surrendered to shelters precisely because they have lost some form of normal functioning or are no longer young. Too often euthanasia is the only option for these animals, but with adequate time and training they could live full lives and make wonderful pets.
